Tyler K. Allen

Tyler K. Allen is a seasoned attorney based in Phoenix, Arizona. Frank Anjakos

Frank Anjakos

Frank Anjakos is a seasoned attorney with nearly three decades of experience, specializing in criminal defense and corporate representation. A native of Arizona, Frank embarked on his legal journey at the University of Arizona, College of Law, graduating in 1994.

Upon graduation, Frank immersed himself in trial advocacy at the Pima County Attorney’s Office, where he acquired invaluable skills under the mentorship of some of the nation's leading prosecutors. His passion for litigation led him to the Tucson City Prosecutor’s Office, where he further honed his expertise in case management and courtroom strategy as an Assistant City Prosecutor.

Seeking a comprehensive understanding of the legal system, Frank transitioned to the defense side, serving as a Public Defender at the Tucson Public Defender’s Office. Here, he gained profound respect for the tireless work of defense attorneys in safeguarding the rights of their clients.

In pursuit of broader legal horizons, Frank co-founded Anjakos Brunner, a law firm specializing in criminal defense and corporate representation, alongside his law partner, Elizabeth Brunner. However, his thirst for diverse legal challenges led him to corporate law, where he served as Corporate Counsel at VisionQuest, a national organization dedicated to providing support to troubled youth. Additionally, he acted as counsel for TM Technologies, a tech startup pioneering advancements in radio signal modulation.

Despite his corporate endeavors, Frank's heart remained in criminal defense. Driven by a profound sense of duty to defend individuals facing legal challenges, he returned to his roots, joining the Tyler Allen Law Firm. With his extensive experience and dedication to justice, Frank not only represents clients but also mentors junior attorneys, imparting his wealth of trial skills and legal acumen.

Anjali Patel

Anjali has defined her career as a strong advocate for small business owners and individuals, assisting her clients in all aspects of civil litigation and transactional matters. She now focuses her practices on business formation and strategy, estate planning, and employment matters, providing creative and practical solutions to avoid costly litigation.

Attorney Anjali Patel was born and raised in the Phoenix metropolitan area and is now proud to call Tempe home. Anjali serves on the Board of Directors for the Tempe Community Council volunteering her time to address the human services needs of her local community.

During law school, Anjali interned for U.S. Representative of Arizona Gabrielle Giffords and externed with U.S. District Court Judge Stephen McNamee. She holds an undergraduate degree in Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology and a Certificate in History and Philosophy of Science. Anjali is also a National Merit Scholar.

Christina M. Locher

Christina M. Locher

Christina M. Locher was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and joined the Tyler K. Allen law firm in 2022. Christina earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and attended the University of Arizona James E. Rogers School of Law, where she earned a C.A.L.I. Award for Academic Excellence in Arizona Civil Procedure. She was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2010, and the State Bar of California in 2014.

Christina has experience in insurance defense litigation, medical malpractice defense, commercial litigation and employment law. While practicing in California, Christina represented medical professionals, multi-specialty medical groups and hospitals and was a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. She has successfully defended corporate clients at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals level and is a member of the California Lawyers Association.

Christina’s current practice areas focus on representing clients in Employment Law and Litigation.

Tyson S. Horsley

Tyson is a dedicated attorney who was raised in Denver, Colorado. He holds a B.A. degree in Linguistics and a minor in International Business from Brigham Young University. During his undergraduate years, he delved into linguistic legal analysis as part of the COFEA Project, focusing on the intricacies of the U.S. Constitution.

Driven by his passion for advocacy, Tyson pursued a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he excelled academically and held various leadership positions. He earned recognition for his scholarly achievements, including the Faculty Honor Scholarship. He received praise for his skills in negotiation and mock depositions. Tyson also gained experience in immigration law, which taught him the value of aggressively fighting on behalf of clients.

Tyson's practice encompasses employment law, criminal defense, traffic matters, and civil litigation. He is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

Kelsey M. Nordahl

Phoenix attorney Kelsey M. Nordahl began her career at the Tyler Allen Law Firm in 2016. She approaches every case as an advocate for her client and practices law with persistence and compassion. Her experience has been primarily focused in the area of family law.

Kelsey M. Nordahl is an Arizona native and was raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She completed her undergraduate degrees at Arizona State University, where she majored in both Justice Studies and Sociology. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University. While in law school, Kelsey was a member of the Arizona Women’s Bar Association, and she spent time as a law clerk at a family and criminal defense law firm and the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office. Since her admission to the bar, Kelsey has proven herself to be committed to giving her clients the best legal advice possible.

When she isn’t practicing law, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, especially her husband and German shepherd. When she can sneak in some downtime, you might catch her watching Shark Tank or HGTV.

She has also served on the board of “Handbags and Tailwags,” a non-profit annual event sponsoring the Arizona Animal Welfare League.

Shannon Peters

Shannon Peters is an experienced and talented criminal defense attorney who joined the Tyler Allen Law Firm in 2013. While her primary focus is in the area of criminal defense, civil traffic defense, and employment law she also represents clients in various administrative proceedings before several state and local agencies, including suspension and revocation proceedings with the Arizona Motor Vehicle Department. She also has experience handling Orders of Protection and Injunctions Against Harassment.

Shannon is a Chicago native and graduated from Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa in 2004. After college, she attended Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa and received her Juris Doctorate in 2007. Since her relocation to Arizona in 2007, Shannon has represented countless clients in photo radar, civil traffic, DUI, misdemeanor and felony cases. Shannon strives to provide all of her clients with thorough, competent, and aggressive representation on their cases. Through her training at Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyer’s College, Shannon has the ability to put herself in the shoes of her client, and she doesn’t take it lightly that the charges they face could be life altering. Shannon is married with two beautiful boys. She is passionate about serving and giving back to the community.
